Feeds 4 to 6


1 cup of sugar.
9 eggs.
Vanilla extract. {to taste}
1 Loaf of good unsliced bread.


Easy...add the eggs, cup of sugar and the extract, mix to a good batter, slice the bread 1 inch think and dip in the batter for 30 sec each side, pan fry till golden brown.
