Well here goes if you like a meat chili!

2.5 lbs. ground round
1 large green bell pepper
1 large vidalia onion
1 large can crushed tomatos or canned right from your garden but make sure it is around 32 oz.
2 small 16 oz. cans each of tomato sauce
1 8 oz. can of tomato paste
1 pint jar of Old Mule BBQ sauce either in regular mild flavor or hot depending on your stomachs ability!!!
2 16 oz. cans black beans
2 16 oz. cans of red kidney beans
1 bottle of Worcestershire sauce

Spices-
Chili powder
Rubbed sage
Salt
Pepper (preferably both ground and peppercorns to freshly crush)
Red chili pods ground up (about 2 is all you need)
Sugar

Brown off the hamburger and pour off most of the fat but leave just a tad.
Add diced up green bell pepper and onion to the meat on a medium heat and let the vegetables get slightly cooked but not over done (maybe 10 minutes). Add 1/2 cup Worcestershire sauce to same when you ad green peppers and onions. After 10 minutes add 4 tablespoons of chili pepper and crushed red pepper pods. Stri well and then add tomatos; tomato sauce; both beans; and paste. Stir well. Then add salt and crushed black pepper for seasoning to suit your taste. Let this simmer on a medium/low heat for about 35-45 minutes strirring every so often. Now add 2 tablespoons of sugar and rubbed sage and stir again. Let this simmer for about 10 minutes. Last thing to add is pint of Ole Mule BBQ sauce. Stir in to the big pot of chili then simmer additional 10 minutes. Remove from heat and let this sit about 15 minutes.

Make up your favorite cornbread and have some grated cheddar cheese to put on top of the chili with some fresh ground peppercorns.

This is so good it will make you want to slap your mama! affraid
